Simple, minimal. Only natural materials: Wood and natural fibers.
Keep it as simple as possible. Simple MDF would be suitable. A natural wood counter, fully closed and encased. Can ideally be opened from the back for storage. It's the main table to explore and touch our product and have conversations. 120x80x95cm. If we have a corner stand, 2 of them makes sense. Ideally to be assembled on site and transportable easily.
Display structure mounts on top to suspend things. Ideally branches.
Printed wooden, foam or honeycomb boards: Emotional Product Exploration through editorial lifestyle photos of what our product does. Only showing photos the products in action and lighting up spaces and people. Imagine 4-6 A3+ size printed foam board (or honeycomb boards) next to each other. This solves the problem of communicating and showcasing "light", which is not possible in a bright trade-show atmosphere through the physical products.
Tapestry/banner must be natural fibers and matte (cotton, linen). No polyester. There are lots of cheap advertising banners around that look horrible.
Different brand messages prepared as vinyls to fill space on site. Examples:
"Welcome to the Solar System"
"Social Impact by Design. Proudly Made in Africa"
Brand Catalogue + A4 Inlay (Just a 2 pager) announcing the light shades.
If we put a television it must look like a frame in wood and be on the wall.
The concept visual is incomplete! Things and sizes to be adjusted to trade show size and layout.
